A giant puppy calls home Knowlton,
Went walking and looking for more fun.
He jumped in a puddle,
Got his fur in a muddle!
Then mom decided he was all done.
I sat by the back door like a road block
Mom was preparing for a quick walk.
If i didn’t move,
My day would improve,
Then i heard the front door click and unlock!
Spent hours playing with Molly,
Tag and tug-of-war with our pig dolly.
We got yelled at a bunch,
For yowling is my hunch.
Apparently that noise isn’t jolly.
The weekend is over and i’m blue,
It was fun hanging out with my true crew.
My days had no strife,
I’m a dog and i love life,
I’m perfect. Imperfect. Just like you.
